Mr. Sunil Kapur – the visionary behind the Copper Chimney group, is a pioneer in the food and beverage industry in India. Under his stewardship, his son Varun and a team of highly experienced professionals continue the group’s award winning legacy.

Mr. Kapur has been responsible for the creation of brands such as Bombay Blue, Noodle Bar, Spaghetti Kitchen, Spoon, Food Talk, and Gelato Italiano.

As a founder promoter of ‘Blue Foods’, he has been instrumental in steering the organization’s growth towards becoming one of the largest integrated players currently operating in the food and beverage sector.

To focus on food and beverage opportunities within India’s fast growing travel infrastructure sector, Mr. Sunil Kapur launched ‘Travel Food Services’. Today, under his leadership, Travel Food Services has introduced extensive food and beverage offerings not only at the Mumbai Airport and Delhi’s new Terminal 3, but also at several international travel hubs.

Mr. Kapur has also established the iconic premium banquet facility ‘Blue Sea’ at Worli, Mumbai. His unmatched experience and extensive network in the culinary and business world ensure his continued success in driving businesses forward and satisfying the taste buds of the nation.
