Tenant Fit Out Co-ordination

This is an important phase for the mall. Good looking, well designed, correctly lit and air conditioned stores get better patronage from shoppers. Hence, we work closely with our architects to come up with a suitable design guideline for the stores. Focusing on the design and look-n-feel of the store, as that is critical to get footfalls and shoppers to the store. Along with that, we work with the tenant project teams to ensure services and utilities are planned for optimum efficiency. We also finalise on Mall Operations and Occupational Health Safety Services in this phase.
