Eco-friendly policies
The team of designers and engineers have worked from the very initial stages of the project to use cutting edge ideas from the field of Eco Architecture and to ensure that world class policies have been implemented.

The entire building structure is made of steel, making it 100% recyclable
- The thatched roofs are made of natural fibers from end to end , without steel or fibre glass sheets in between.
- Concealed within the thatch are rooftop sprinklers, which are used to cool the space on a hot day. The water from the roof-runoff is collected by storm-water drains and redirected to 10 wells around the property
- The venue is designed to ensure that a minimum 4 degree drop in temperature is achieved inside the structure, thus reducing the Air Conditioning requirement.
- All the building materials used are bio-degradable
- Latest technology Solar Heaters are used to heat the water up to 85 degrees Centigrade
- The gardens are 100% chemical free
- Insect breeding is controlled in the water bodies by special fish. No chemicals are used.
- The hardwood ( teak, rosewood and sal) used on the property is recycled wood from construction during the British Raj
